1. About these terms

By using itsonlyfare you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the app or website.

2. The service

itsonlyfare helps UK rail travellers track journeys, monitor disruption and prepare Delay Repay claims. We are not a train operator, retailer, insurer or regulator. Final decisions on refunds rest with the relevant operator.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Please tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Fair use

Don't use the app to break the law, disrupt the service or automate mass claims. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Fees and ItsOnlyFare+

The Traveller plan is free forever. ItsOnlyFare+ is available at £1 per month or £10 per year and can be cancelled anytime — you keep access until the end of the paid billing period. Refunds follow UK consumer law.

6. Accuracy

We rely on operator and third-party data. We do our best to keep everything accurate but can't guarantee it. Always check important information (e.g. platform, ticket validity) with the operator before travel.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by UK law (like fraud or death caused by negligence). Otherwise, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the 12 months before the issue.

8. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. We'll tell you before material changes. If you don't agree, you can close your account.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
